At Karakal, we are committed to providing the highest quality sports equipment; however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

Pack Your Equipment

Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring racquet strings are protected and apparel tags are still attached to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

Inspection and Refund

Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
