What is your return policy for rackets?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets must still have the plastic wrap on the handle to be eligible for a full refund.

Do Karakal rackets come with a warranty?

Yes, all Karakal rackets are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover string breakage or damage caused by accidental impact with walls or floors.
